1 /5 Jonathan Dent: Ordered online. As it was a Friday night 90 minutes later I chased on the phone and was told it would be another 6 minutes as the driver was on his way. 15 minutes later I chased again, and got through to the manager. I was told the "6 minutes" response was their standard reply, and that my order had not been processed as Id ordered from an old menu. I pointed out that this was their online menu, and was offered a half price meal, within the next 10 minutes. This then changed to 30 minutes when I challenged the time...absolute shambles, management style is obviously to tell the customer any old guff. Stay clear if you actually want to eat something...
