2 /5 Rebecca DiMassa: Sad to say I was massively disappointed with my experience eating here last weekend. I had heard about them having “the best” paninis for years. So I was very excited to eat here.
I ordered the Parma panini and it arrived essentially all bread with the tiniest sliver of Parma ham, a tiny slice of mozzarella and a sad small piece of tomato.
For a place that prides themselves on Italian panini, I would have expected them to have the proportions down correctly. And for 11 quid. Such a disappointment.
My mistake for not raising it to the staff initially. The staff was very friendly and the owner did deduct a portion of my sandwich off the bill.
I really enjoyed the atmosphere but unfortunately I would not recommend the panini unless you essentially just want to eat bread. (Very good bread, but just bread). I won’t be running back here any time soon, sadly.
