Frank Burke I don’t normally review restaurants, but felt compelled to share the wonderful experience we had at the Toby Carvery in Willingdon this afternoon. The food was perfect, fresh and tasted divine. But possibly what made the meal for me was the exceptional service I received from our server Adele who was friendly, courteous and undoubtedly the reason why we will be coming back soon. Thank you Toby and thank you Adele. Refreshing to see food and service like this in today’s world.

The packaging was secure, keeping everything fresh and hot. From the appetizers to the main course, every bite was a burst of culinary perfection. Juliet Yang First time visiting the UK and Brighton for my graduation ceremony, and I randomly discovered this pub. It’s absolutely a must-visit. The atmosphere is cool and cozy, with a great selection of beers. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming (shout-out to Paul, Ben, and the chef!). I ordered the chicken burger (something I’d never tried before) and it completely surprised me. So good! The chef even came out to check that everything was okay, which was such a thoughtful touch. As an Asian female solo traveler, I felt completely safe and genuinely welcomed here. I loved sitting at the bar and chatting with the staff. I’ll definitely remember this place and will come back again.

GratefulOne1 Fantabulous!!! Found this gem in my hike today! I’ve been to Italy 3x in the past 10 years for a total of 7 months and have had my share of pizza, but Wild Flour Pizza excels!!! It’s the best ever! I had the French flavor one and it is to die for! Baked in a wood fired oven… Marco and his young assistant aim to please! You haven’t lived until you have their pizza!
