5 /5 Ali Nasir: Shahi Biryani delivered the rich, authentic Pakistani flavours I’ve been craving — perfectly balanced spices, fragrant rice, and that unmistakable homemade taste. What made the experience even better was Aarchi’s outstanding customer service. She was warm, attentive, and genuinely passionate about making sure everything was perfect. A wonderful meal paired with exceptional service. Highly recommended.

1 /5 Mobibajwa Mobibajwa: This restaurant is extremely disappointing and poorly managed. For dine-in customers, serving food in cheap disposable plates with wooden spoons is unacceptable, unprofessional, and frankly insulting. Proper cutlery should be the bare minimum, not an optional extra. The situation only got worse. As soon as I entered, several tables were dirty, unhygienic, and carelessly left with leftover food and used tissues, creating a disgusting and off-putting first impression. I was forced to order spicy chicken biryani because normal or medium wasn’t available, yet even that was a let-down. The so-called yogurt sauce was basically watery liquid with a trace of yogurt, completely tasteless and poorly prepared. Overall, this place is chaotic, unhygienic, careless, and not worth visiting. I strongly do not recommend this restaurant unless they drastically improve their standards of cleanliness, service, and basic dining essentials.

5 /5 Shazia Nasir Butt: “QEEMA WALA NAAN “ I’m a regular customer of this food place called shahi biryani, and their qeema wala naan is so delicious. A must try item I should say. Try it fresh and it’s awesomely tasty and fulfilling, good amount of filling , beautifully baked, the aroma and the flavour of mint infused in the meat is so insane. don’t forget to have it with their mint sauce. Highly recommended and again, it’s a must try.
