Bakhtiyor Sharipov We had a wonderful experience at Carluccio’s. It was very busy when we arrived, but the manager, Eddie, went above and beyond to accommodate us and made sure we were taken care of. His professionalism and friendly attitude immediately set a positive tone for the evening. Despite how busy the restaurant was, the service remained attentive and efficient. The food was excellent—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The atmosphere was lively yet welcoming, making it a great place to relax and enjoy a meal. A big thank you to Eddie and the team for their outstanding hospitality. We’ll definitely be returning and would highly recommend Carluccio’s to others.If you want, I can also make a shorter version for Google Reviews or a more casual one.

Lamya L I didn’t know South American food at all and it was a real discovery. I was recommended the pupusas, so I had the beans, plantain & cheese and the spinach & cheese — they were really, really tasty. I absolutely loved them, I genuinely didn’t know this dish at all. I also had a short ribs & cheese quesadilla to finish, which was a real treat. Big highlight for the cocktails, especially the margarita — one of the best I’ve had. I’ll definitely be going back. Cheryl Lim Patterson Absolutely loved this restaurant. Staff were engaging and friendly. Food was served pretty fast and hot! All the dishes we ordered tasted amazing! Not salty, just natural flavours from various spices. We were very impressed and would love to come back when we visit London again.

Wes Parker Delightful. I found this jewel using Google maps after leaving the Victoria and Albert Museum. It was a little confusing at first, as it was inside the Rembrandt Hotel. To add to the confusion, the actual restaurant was closed but the bar was open. I took my chances, and ordered fish and chips from the bar. The person who took my order was extremely friendly and I waited in a very comfortable chair at a small table. When the food came out, it was piping hot and looked marvelous. Looks were not deceiving. It was delicious. Whats more, the chef came out to see if everything was okay about 10 minutes after I was served. I am from the United States and my idea of fish and chips was what they serve at Captain Ds. In many ways, this was very similar. The battery was nice and crunchy and the fries were like steak fries, not potato wedges. The English peas were very tasty as well. I rounded out the meal with sticky toffee pudding.

From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming, comfortable, and well organized. The rooms were clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained, making it easy to relax and feel at home. What truly stood out, however, was the breakfast. It was absolutely exceptional — without a doubt one of the best hotel breakfasts we have ever experienced. The selection was incredibly varied, with fresh fruits, high-quality pastries, delicious hot dishes, freshly baked bread, and excellent coffee. Everything was beautifully presented and constantly replenished. You could really taste the freshness and quality of the ingredients. A very special mention goes to Cecilia, who made our breakfast experience even more memorable. Her service was outstanding — warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly. She greeted every guest with a smile, made sure everything was perfect, and created such a pleasant atmosphere in the morning. Her professionalism and kindness truly made a difference and started each day on the best possible note. Thank you for such a fantastic stay. We are already looking forward to coming back!

Katherine Guyot Had an absolutely delicious dinner here! The manager Berat was so informative of the menu and even suggested some great dishes! The prawn Caesar salad was very yummy. Bar staff excellent with great cocktail skills. Will be back!
