Caroline Aherne We went for lunch, and would do it all again. Started with Irish oysters, light cheese puffs covered with parmesan, a zesty orange & radiccio salad, tender veal ossobuco, gremolata & buttery roast potatoes. Followed by sticky pavlova, rhubarb and pistachios on a pistachio sauce. Staff were friendly and efficient. The restaurant atmosphere was relaxed - they also have another room (for bigger groups), from where you can watch chefs in action. Lots of wine choices and cocktails too.

RUPA G We went to try their Valentine’s Day menu today and were pleasantly surprised. The food was made fresh and very tasty. The service from Tarak was very efficient and friendly atmosphere.

Every dish was bursting with rich spices, vibrant aromas, and that comforting homemade touch that instantly took me back to India. The butter naan was soft and buttery, the curries were perfectly balanced, and each bite felt like a celebration of flavors. To make it even better, they offered an amazing 30% discount on weekdays through Hungry Tables app — a treat for both my taste buds and my wallet. The ambiance was cozy, the staff warm and welcoming, making the whole experience even more delightful. Honestly, it’s rare to find a place that serves food this delicious and offers such great value!

Jack Porteous Went for a Sunday roast and it was spectacular. Beet Wellington was umami and a perfect centrepiece, the roasties were crispy, the veg were cooked perfectly, and the gravy was plentiful. Shared a side of cheesy leek gratin which was unctuous and I would heartily recommend. Also shared a bottle of red wine Staff are all happy, friendly and helpful. Amazing vegan pub.

Gavin Russell A lovely gem in the heart of tooting. We came to One Twenty Four for a nice lunch on Saturday to escape the February blues. We were greated by Bhavik who was very attentive and made us feel like the only people in the restaurant. The food was amazing. We choose every one of the small plates (about 8 dishes), providing a great range from meat balls to calamari, and mozzarella and avocado salad, and other just as tasty dishes. Food was all freshly prepared. They also do a bottomless lunch for those looking to party, we decided on a nice bottle. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would recommend.
