5 /5 Alisha Patel: Food was super tasty! I ordered the fish dish. My vegetarian friend looked a little uncomfortable seeing the fish eyes so I asked the staff member to cut the head. And also asked for some gravy. They were more than happy to do so. Staff were really nice and friendly. They serve the food in proper plates, it feels so homely. The atmosphere of the market is buzzing! It’s a great place to stop over before we went and did the Great British Bake of experience. Would highly recommend coming here for lunch!

4 /5 Hey Doug!: Nice little surprise in Tooting market. The owner was very helpful and the service was good. He makes his own pepper sauce which was a nice touch. The mutton and potato curry was tender and flavourful. Decent sized portions. There are tables to eat in the market or you can get takeaway.

5 /5 Dan Astle: We got the jerk chicken and it was a big portion with amazing taste. Comes with salad,plantain , and rice, and it was probably the best I’ve had in London. There is space to sit too. The service was 10/10 too , extremely friendly chef . If you’re in the area, take the plunge and give it a go. You don’t regret it.

1 /5 kayleigh todd: Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience I walk past daily and had high hopes. The food was reheated and was only lukewarm when served. It did not taste fresh at all. The plantain was stale and already hardening, making it inedible. I returned the food to see if the issue could be rectified, but I was told it was due to “food hygiene,” and was met with a defensive attitude. Food hygiene state when reheating food it should be reheated to 75 degrees/ be piping hot to kill bacteria. In which he state I should have reheated it at home. (So suggesting to reheat meat and rice 2x. Which is not safe). Easily the worst curry goat and jerk chicken we’ve ever had. Would not recommend.
