4 /5 Jed: 100% better with the refurbishment. Very modern and themed perfectly! Staff friendly. Great range of food/ drink at affordable prices. Seating areas next to the pool and out front over looking the green/ cliffs. Lots of different well thought out areas including a games room. Didn’t eat here hence only the 4 stars.

2 /5 Andrew Summersgill: Looks nice, retro pinball machines are the best part of this place and the toilets are funky having tin buckets as urinals. Prices are expensive for an on site restaurant. Drink prices are ridiculous go Yarbridge Inn up the road. Home cooked food and better value for money

5 /5 Adam Harriman: Had a family meal here while staying at white bay holiday park on Monday 2nd May . Good and clean environment. A excellent choice of food and drink. Friendly and welcoming staff. Food preparation time was much faster than expected. Food was great quality with all of us more than happy with our meals. Price cannot be grumbled at as they also do kids eat for one pound with every adult meal which was fantastic. Would certainly eat there again.

5 /5 EJ Ward: Second year running — a brilliant, dog-friendly break at Whitecliff Bay Back for my second visit to Whitecliff Bay Holiday Park, and once again it was a cracking week away — made even better by how dog-friendly the whole place is. It’s one of the best spots I’ve found for bringing a four-legged friend: loads of open space, the beach is perfect for a paddle, and staff are genuinely welcoming to dogs, not just tolerant. The outdoor pool is a standout — ideal for cooling off in the heat (though I didn’t apply enough suncream and paid the price!). The beach is a real treat too: Peaceful, and great for a walk with the dog morning or evening. A massive shoutout to the Nab Bar, where I ended up most days. It’s the social heart of the park and brilliantly run — Nic and Katie in particular were exceptional. Their attention to detail, friendly service, and easygoing nature made the bar a proper highlight. Most of the staff are attentive and clearly care about guests’ experience — human and canine alike. That said, Ryan, who I believe is the manager, let the side down. For the second year running, he was brusque, rude, and needlessly short with customers. It’s disappointing and completely at odds with the otherwise brilliant team. It’s clear nothing’s changed in the past 365 days. That one blot aside, Whitecliff Bay remains one of the best dog-friendly holiday parks I’ve stayed at — great facilities, lovely location, and service (mostly) that goes the extra mile. We’ll be back — hopefully with a bit more suncream and a bit less Ryan.

3 /5 Luke OHara: A very mediocre restaurant with ok food. The opening hours are not when food is served! This varies depending on if it is in season or not. Breakfast was only Fri, Sat & Sun and only til 11. Lunch was 12 til 3, and dinner was 5 til 8. Not the most convenient times, so did not really make us want to stay and eat with much better offerings in the area a short drive away.
