Hayley Barlow Ive been here for my daughters birthday the last 5yrs running its never very busy the staff dont engage much but not rude either. We have always enjoyed the food thats why we kept returning. This time the food quality was not to its usual standard. I understand people are cost cutting but the salmon was slimey (this is what my daughter goes for) we sent it back to be cooked more but no improvement. It put my daughter off she then felt sick and barely ate. Its an all you can eat, she was charged adult price she had just turned 11 and basically ate a bowl off rice. I asked if we could take the left over away do she could eat later but this was refused. Wont be returning which is a shame because this had been a birthday tradition for her.

Claire Sinclair Booked for a family celebration of 20 people. Booking easy with updates through the online booking service. Preordered food due to numbers. I was very specific about preferences and dietary needs, all of which were adhered to perfectly. Food was great, generous portions. Service was great also with friendly, attentive staff. Frequent checks to see if any more drinks needed and to check that everything was OK. Great atmosphere. Highly recommended

SUNIL SAUD Had an amazing experience here! Came on the recommendation of Chef Vishnu, and it truly lived up to expectations. The service by Jaya, and Sushmita were outstanding friendly, attentive, and professional throughout. The food and starters were absolutely delicious, especially the Fire Wings, which were perfectly spicy and full of flavor. Everything was fresh and well-presented. Highly recommend this place for great food and excellent service. Will definitely be coming back again!

Shaheen Joomaye From the moment we visited the venue, we knew it was perfect for our daughter’s 18th celebration, communication prior to booking, on the evening and post event was on point. The venue was spotless and toilets kept clean through the evening. I wanted to be a guest at our event rather than host and all the staff ensured that was the case and I’m deeply grateful for this. The food was amazing and the best jerk chicken I’ve had! All guests loved the venue and the staff. I would definitely recommend this venue and would use this space again. Saw Wen I had an amazing experience at Palungo Restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. The momos were perfectly steamed with a soft, delicate wrapper and a flavorful, juicy filling. Paired with the rich, spicy dipping sauce, every bite was satisfying and authentic. The sides complemented the meal wonderfully — the spicy noodle dish had a great kick and depth of flavor, while the peanut salad added a refreshing crunch with just the right balance of tangy and savory notes. Everything tasted fresh and thoughtfully prepared. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it a great spot to enjoy a relaxed meal. If you’re craving authentic flavors and comforting dishes, Palungo is definitely worth a visit. I’ll be coming back for more!
