VP We were so lucky to stumble upon The Cinnamon Stick. Located in the small village of Middle Barton where you’d expect nothing around, this restaurant is a total standout. It offers a true taste of Lebanese hospitality and home-style cooking. ​ The quality of food is incredible. Almost everything is made in-house (except for the gelato), and you can really taste the difference. The dishes are authentic, fresh, and truly delicious. It is rare to find such high-quality Mediterranean flavors in this area. ​ The staff is lovely and provides genuine Lebanese hospitality. You can tell the team cares about their guests and the food they serve. They made us feel very welcome from the moment we walked in. ​ If you are anywhere near Oxfordshire, this place is worth the detour. Huge thanks to the team for their service and for bringing such amazing flavors to a quiet corner of the country!

Joshua Ashton Really lovely country pub with rooms. Makes for a very nice night stay. The pub has a great rural feel, and the food was excellent quality. The staff were also superb, attentive and friendly but not fussy. We felt really welcome from start to finish. Room was comfortable, cosy and clean. We highly recommend if you are looking for a quiet cotswolds night or two away in an idyllic setting.

Aaron Mansilla Went for Sunday roast with my partner and we were really impressed. The food was absolutely delicious, but what made the experience even better was the service. Dany was incredibly attentive, friendly and genuinely welcoming — he made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Diane Brand Superb! The location and the Inn are beautiful. Every member of the team who looked after us were brilliant, really attentive and effortlessly caring, friendly and efficient. Special mention to Sue for breakfast, Gonzalez and Hugo for our drinks and evening meal and James the chef for his amazing food and they accommodated my gluten free intolerance. A real treat and gem!

Felix Keeling Amazing little place with a brilliant outside atmosphere. we had a family meal out, it was delicious and we all loved it - pizza, steak, fish and burgers. Incredible nutella calzone for pudding!

Joe Hancock Just had a Thai takeaway from ThaiToGo and it was honestly incredible. Super fresh, full of flavour and you can tell they really care about what they serve. Every dish was perfectly cooked and properly authentic, easily one of the best Thai meals I’ve had in a long time. The portions were spot on, the service was friendly and everything was ready bang on time. Proper hidden gem near work. I’ll definitely be ordering again. Highly recommend
