Nick Osborn The food at Tortilla is always fantastic, and I usually go for a large burrito, but this branch is by far my favourite. The reason is simple: the genuinely friendly and welcoming staff. In particular, Anaya and Jana stand out – they’re always so pleasant and personable, and their service is second to none. I visit several Tortilla branches, but none of them come close to the level of service these two provide. Well done for hiring such excellent team members, and keep up the brilliant work. Full marks!

Terry Benfield Ive just returned from my second visit to Insu Inn within the last two weeks having worked in the area and cant praise the food, staff and service highly enough. The understated ambience of Insu along with using simple but freshly prepared tasty food accompanied by the warmest of welcomes and very generous and reasonably priced dishes all add up to a quality authentic Indian Restaurant. The staff are extremely accommodating and knowledgeable - on my first visit I had a variation of a dish that was not on the menu (Butter Chicken), and Raymond is a real character with a great sense of humour. Georgia Taylor My chicken burger was frozen in the middle I psychically wouldn’t bite into it. When I spoke to a person who worked there was incredibly rude and lied to me regarding a manager being available and raising his voice at me and refused to give me any help or refund

Bunmi Hazzan Dont let the broken sign put you off, a lot of times places that are a little bit... Disheveled, can be the best places to go. Nice atmosphere, friendly staff, and in a pretty cool location.

Charan Reddy Worst food I’ve ever eaten. The food tasted like old, mixed oil. Beef and chicken were cooked together in the same oil, which completely ruined the flavor and made it unpleasant. The smell and taste were terrible, and the quality was extremely poor. I would not recommend this place at all.
