1 /5 David Pile: New Yrs night out Food and atmosphere were great But service doesnt change Order was wrong , but they recified quickly Which was surprising but good Wed probably go more frequently than twice a yr, and look after local businesses But when our kids are saying they want to go because of service we dont have much choice, we wasnt impressed either Then the night kind of gets spoilt We ask 2 waiters if we can order more drinks Said they would be back shortly. Never happened So we gave up and asked for the bill , that was 2 attempts as well !! We would have spent alot more , especially New Yrs eve

1 /5 Sam 786: I Had accidentally booked by mistake 3 times online which i think they took it too offence , that as we arrived at the restaurant it was mentioned to me again and i did apologise already over the phone ,we got a table which was not cleaned and was told to wait , that someone will come over and clean it , waited few mins no one had come so we just sat ourselves down , menu was not handed over to us i had to help myself to it , then somebody came over took our order thats when we mentioned the table needs a clean , we also did not have the drinks menu , so he got that over for us , placed our order got our food and drinks , as i was about to pay one of the member of staff had come over with the cash machine all slouching with it i nearly drop it , the vibes were off , i love my Turkish food been to many Turkish restaurants in the area and far out , never have i experienced what i experienced today , hats of to only one of the staff member there he was amazing would of tipped but we did not get the service we wanted . It is sad really we were fasting and was looking forward to good vibes and atmosphere.

5 /5 Tallulah Singam: We went in for drinks and nibbles. Had a lovely experience on a Sunday afternoon before dinner rush. Its a lovely restaurant in Collier Row. Slightly pricey but worth as a treat as we dont have to think about getting home via a taxi as its local. Great cocktails on offer. Cobra on tap which is a shame for the guys who want more choice over bottles. Great food made fresh hence the price so we thought it was worth every penny. Has a baby change facility within the disabled/ladies restroom and kept really clean. The whole place has a lovely vibe. I love Turkish coffee and its served here as well as serving my favourites pornstar martini and mojoitos as well as B52! We will definitely go back for another treat. The place itself is always busy for dinner so may be best to book a table to avoid disappointment. Not sure why we never went in before as the food is top quality and very tasty so will be working our way through the menu.

1 /5 Chloe: Unfortunately ordered my first order on delivery and my food came with a fly in it !! Completely put me off, tried to call restaurant- no answer. Messaged on instagram - no answer . My dinner was a waste of money! Hi I can’t reply to your comment— I ordered 2 chicken shish from Collier Row . I’ve attached a picture! It was a small fly.

3 /5 David L: We visited the restaurant today, and I can say the following. We were quite disappointed with the service: the waitress was not very polite, looked at the guests as if they were unimportant, and was constantly in a hurry, which created a negative impression. As for the food — everything was excellent, very tasty, no complaints at all. However, the service definitely needs improvement. Thank you.
