1 /5 Kathera Augustine-Marcelle: I went to this nail shop today for a pedicure, and I left feeling completely disappointed. My feet were actually worse when I walked out than when I walked in. When the lady finished, I pointed out that the back of my heel was still dry and crusty, even after the pedicure. That is basic pedicure work. Her response was that they “didn’t have the tools” to scrub my heel — yet they still charged me full price.
I paid £45 for a service that was not done properly. Now I have to spend more money somewhere else just to fix what should have been done in the first place. That is unacceptable and feels like outright robbery. If you know you can’t complete the service, you should not take someone’s money as if you did. A person with integrity would have offered a partial refund immediately.
But you know what — I serve the King of all kings and the Lord of all Lords, who sees everything. I won’t curse anyone, but I will say this: the £45 you took from me will not bring you any blessing, because it was taken without honesty or fairness. I would never treat another person the way I was treated today. God bless you, and I pray you find Jesus and learn to treat people with honesty before it’s too late.
