2 /5 Jonathan Sleep: Food was nice enough, but very expensive and very small portions for the price. We ordered a large cod and chips, which id have expected to be about 4 times the size in a normal chippy.

5 /5 Richard Ash: We had the cod and chips as part of the unlimited crazy golf package. The meal was cooked fresh and was lovely. Just the right size. Yummy chips and the cod was delicious. Great value too.

4 /5 Tina Schmidt: Service was super nice and reasonably quick. Inside and outside seating available! Fish & Chips was really hot, but both - fish and chips - were a bit dry. 5 /5 Mark Hayward: Traditional fish and chips at the seaside is not a cheap eat these days, so it pays to place your custom with someone who does it well. The Beach Retreat was my choice, and I got good value for my money. They still fry their chips the traditional way, in beef dripping and it really pays off. My chips were crisp and well fried. I sat outside in the Food Court which, as it was a nice day, added to the experience

5 /5 Michael Lees: Best pie and chips Ive had in a long time! Kentish made pies are so much better than Pukka etc. The food is fried in the traditional way using 100% beef dripping so the batter and chips are not greasy at all. Rich in flavour youll notice the difference immediately. Prices are reasonable and theres a large outside seating area to enjoy your meal.
