Even though the place was very busy and clearly under pressure, everything ran smoothly and efficiently What really made this experience special was the staff. They were incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive — some of the friendliest service we’ve experienced. Knowing that the team is from Ukraine made it even more meaningful; their kindness, professionalism, and positive energy truly stood out Despite how busy it was, we felt relaxed and well looked after. A fantastic place for breakfast with service that goes above and beyond. We would happily return

The food is always freshly prepared, I love seeing the chefs at work creating the goodies. Our ladies run club finishes there every Sunday for our post run social & the ladies love it! Bakhtiyor Sharipov We had a wonderful experience at Carluccio’s. It was very busy when we arrived, but the manager, Eddie, went above and beyond to accommodate us and made sure we were taken care of. His professionalism and friendly attitude immediately set a positive tone for the evening. Despite how busy the restaurant was, the service remained attentive and efficient. The food was excellent—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The atmosphere was lively yet welcoming, making it a great place to relax and enjoy a meal. A big thank you to Eddie and the team for their outstanding hospitality. We’ll definitely be returning and would highly recommend Carluccio’s to others.If you want, I can also make a shorter version for Google Reviews or a more casual one.
