Rachel Begbie An amazing dinner with friends. A hidden gem in St James. A lovely restaurant, cosy, yet spacious with an open fire in the bar area. Sara the Sommelier was incredible and even took us to her underground wine cellar. The service led by Alejandro and his team was seamless and every need catered for. The food was exquisite. The flavours, the quality of products used and the attention to detail with the presentation. Chef Michael Caines was on duty and visited the table to check on our experience. This is a dining experience you must have. Can’t recommend it highly enough.

Hazel SC We visited in September and had an exceptional experience from start to finish. The food, service and atmosphere were all outstanding. You truly get what you pay for here. One dish featured several varieties of tomato — which might sound simple — but it was absolutely sensational. It’s rare to see such creativity and depth of flavour achieved with seemingly humble ingredients. The wine pairing was fantastic and thoughtfully matched to each course, elevating the entire meal. The decor is beautiful, and every detail of the venue feels carefully considered, adding to the overall sense of occasion. A truly memorable experience — we’ll definitely be back.

Arry Tapiheroe The menu here is quite small but the food is absolutely fantastic and tastes truly authentic. We ordered the Nasi Goreng and the Satay Tofu, and both dishes were full of flavour and beautifully prepared. It’s clear that a lot of care goes into the cooking. The food feels comforting, satisfying, and memorable. The place itself is, like the menu, quite small and cosy. However, it is a wonderful place in Brighton if you’re looking to enjoy delicious and authentic Indonesian cuisine. Highly recommended!

London Brandon Wonderful hotel,with very welcoming staff and great food!! Lots of options for breakfast and very delicious food. The rooms was very clean,and very quiet,big size. Brian Woodruff Popped in here yesterday for a quick bite to eat and noticed at the bottom of the menu, "ask about our Persian dishes", so I did. Only one choice was available by then, so I tried it. A very good decision. Dried barberries with chicken and rice. VERY NICE! The welcome here was very friendly and pleasant. I would certainly return if I was in the area again, although it should be noted that while there is some outside seating, the seating inside if VERY limited (3 stools and a shelf). I was perfectly happy with this, but be aware that if theres a group of you and its raining you would have a problem! Thank you Coco Cafe for a great welcome and a great meal.
