5 /5 Marcus: My partner and I went here for Valentines Day. The food and service were absolutely impeccable. The staff were extremely attentive and made us feel very welcome. We were given a bread basket upon taking our seats, the bread was fresh and delicious. We had the grilled octopus to start which was the best octopus I have ever tasted. Cooked extremely well. I have the veal meatballs for main and my Partner had the clam pasta. Both excellent. We both had a cocktail which we both thoroughly enjoyed. A beautiful and romantic restaurant I highly recommend. I will be returning.

3 /5 Lara Elwahsh: Food - had high expectations considering the restaurants reputation. However, it really lacked flavour which was very disappointing. Drinks were exceptional though! Service - staff very attentive, friendly and helpful. At times it really felt too attentive that it was interruptive to our conversation. Atmosphere - classy yet cosy!

The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The food was delicious—while a bit on the pricier side, the quality and presentation made it completely worth it. Coming in with our 4-year-old and without a reservation, the team was fantastic at quickly finding us a table and ensuring we were comfortable. A truly memorable experience for the whole family!

4 /5 J H: The venue was chosen for its stunning Christmas display but disappointingly we were seated in a seperate section that had none of the festivity. Apparently we were supposed to request it upon booking (I would have thought booking months in advance should allow you prime seating because how would one know there is segregated sections) so hot tip for those intending to visit. Parking aside the sole reason for our visit the food and service were sound and I would recommend

The Christmas decorations add a cozy touch, and the overall mood is relaxed and welcoming — a lovely place to settle in for an evening meal. The food was good and well prepared, but it didn’t quite live up to the high price point. While the dishes were enjoyable, they lacked the extra finesse or wow factor one might expect given the cost. All in all, Daphne’s offers a nice setting, good service, and a cheerful holiday ambiance, but it feels slightly overpriced for what you get.
