There had been a mistake with my order using the Five Guys App, so when I received my burger upon arrival and collection, I found my burger had a large amount of missing ingredients that I had wanted included - mainly the generous plethora of vegetable options Five Guys is known to provide, especially via the All the Way option.
They were very facilitating, and offered to make me a new one to order, which ended up being really quite satisfactory indeed.
The other, reduced complexity burger wasnt sent to the waste bin either, as it was kept and was later enjoyed by my brother who was very appreciative.
