2 /5 Archana Pawar: Been to Four seasons Spice for a dinner. 1st impression, the ambience is good. But it was cold inside. They said only have 2 heaters fitted in. Asked for water 3-4 times but didn’t bother. From menu wanted to order Gongura chicken but not available. Many dishes from the menu were not available. Then ordered what was available I.e. chicken curry. It was good in a taste but then realised they served in a chipped bowl (pic attached). When reported this, they just didn’t bothered and didn’t even sorry about it and completely ignored the health and safety of the people. Just didn’t like the staff behaviour. Would not recommend.

The ambience was warm and welcoming, and the staff Sri was friendly and attentive. One of the best dining experiences I’ve had in London. Highly recommended!

1 /5 Manoj Reddy: I ordered biryani, but unfortunately, the rice was undercooked and watery. The washroom was clean, but there was no bin available. In fact, I noticed that there were no bins throughout the restaurant, which was inconvenient. On the positive side, the ambience was good and the service was nice.
