1 /5 S.B E.B.: Two employees of the Go Ko outlet at Sutton shopping mall subjected me and my 7-year-old, severely autistic, non-verbal son to relentless bullying and harassment. My son accidentally dropped a tiny nail that landed near one of them. I immediately apologised on his behalf and explained his condition. They refused to accept it, aggressively demanding an apology directly from my terrified 7-year-old.
We were sitting just 20 meters away, trying to have our lunch. The man and woman became so aggressive that my two children were left in shock, reduced to tears. We had to call the police for our safety. Even after police intervention and a warning, the woman continued her harassment.
I am utterly broken, traumatised, and in disbelief. The cruelty we experienced today will haunt me. My child was targeted for being unable to speak for himself.
