5 /5 aaron m: Brilliant night out with a few niggles We went as a group on a deal and honestly, it was a really fun one-night stay. The hotel itself is lovely, and the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful throughout. There’s a tiny bit of wear and tear here and there, but nothing that spoiled it. We upgraded to a junior suite and I’m really glad we did, it felt much nicer than a standard room and gave the whole trip more of a “treat” feel. The bathroom wasn’t quite as nice as the bedroom (a bit more tired), and there wasn’t a fridge, but neither was a big issue for us. This was our first murder mystery experience and it was great fun. The actors were brilliant, really got everyone involved, and we actually won, which made it even better. Dinner was included and the meal was decent, followed by the disco which was a laugh. Only downside on the night was bar service being a bit slow, there was just one person serving, but it wasn’t the end of the world. We also got lucky with our table and met some really nice people. Breakfast was the weakest bit, a few items weren’t available and the scrambled eggs were a bit slop-like and bland. Still, overall we had a great time and I’d definitely stay again, especially if it’s bundled with an event and the price is right.

5 /5 Lance Jones: I had the most wonderful three night stay at Hartsfield Manor over Christmas, and it truly exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was welcoming, festive and relaxed. The Manor itself is beautiful - full of character, beautifully decorated for Christmas, and set in stunning surroundings that made it feel like a real escape. Every member of staff was exceptional: friendly, attentive and genuinely keen to make our stay special, without ever being intrusive. My room was comfortable, spotless and well-appointed, and the communal areas were always warm and inviting. The whole experience felt calm, unhurried and incredibly well organised, which is exactly what you hope for at Christmas. Hartsfield Manor strikes that rare balance of feeling luxurious yet homely, and by the end of our stay I genuinely didn’t want to leave. I wouldn’t hesitate to return and would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable, stress-free break.

5 /5 nuters: We stayed here for a murder mystery evening. Absolutely brilliant, the hotel staff are warm, welcoming and the hotel is grand. The grounds are beautiful and a pleasure to walk around (take good shoes if in winter). The murder mystery was fun and the actors are exceptional. Smart, Smart casual and fancy dress are all welcomed. The food was good for the evening and the breakfast was really tasty. Would highly recommend as this was our first murder mystery and was a great laugh.

5 /5 Sandra Rhodes: We recently had our wedding at Hartsfield Manor and we cant rate it highly enough. From booking the venue to celebrating our wedding, Hartsfield have been great and the process has been simple and effortless. We did the food tasting earlier this year and met Tony who is a credit to Hartsfield. We were so glad that he was working on the day of our wedding too, our guests thought Tony, Lucas and the rest of the wait staff were fantastic. The food was amazing, we had comments from our guests saying it was the best wedding food theyd ever had. Bethany our wedding coordinator was brilliant making sure everything ran smoothly up to and on the big day. Always available to support us and offer suggestions. The rooms were brilliant and ourselves and our guests really loved the venue. The grounds were also in immaculate condition, they had a groundsman out on the morning of the wedding tidying up the leaves. We couldnt have asked for a better day. Thank you.
