5 /5 SimplyAround: I’m a regular at this pub and it’s honestly one of the best places in the area for a proper English breakfast. I usually go for the large breakfast (around £6.50) and it’s always cooked well, good portions, and great value for money. Their food overall is solid — I’ve had the fish & chips and the burgers as well, and both were really good.
Drinks are also very affordable. I normally get a Bud Light for about £2 a pint, which is rare to find these days. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly, and it gets very busy on weekends, which says a lot about the place.
Definitely worth a visit if you want good food, cheap pints, and a welcoming vibe.
