1 /5 Frederick: How could I spend over £50 on takeaway and you bring the food late (2.5 hours later). Food came just before midnight and missing items but no one at the end of the phone. Wheres the jollof rice and Schweppes? Reply my message and arrange a resolution to rectify this.

2 /5 Gabriel Eton: Guys I’m not extra and I’m not very picky, I’m just a guy that simply enjoys the taste of good food and I can’t lie this place really disappointed me , I bought jollof rice and Pepper soup for work and when I warmed the Jollof to eat , it every funny as if it’s been sat there for a while, the meat in it was supposed to be assorted please look at the picture and tell me what you think For £15 this was absolutely crap and I believe the chef can do better with all due respect I feel robbed Now the pepper soup had stones or pebbles and just like the jollof rice had no taste I had no choice but to bin the food I couldn’t even swallow I always support Black African businesses to go well but I think you guys should review a lot of things I don’t mind spending £150 on food I can actually enjoy not put in the bin literally It’s like they would rather make easy quick money than put in effort in the food If I come everyday and spend £10 is it not better than overpriced terrible food that I will only buy once No wonder the place was so empty

1 /5 Enria En: I ordered pounded yam with egusi soup (assorted meat) and eba with okra soup (assorted meat). Its not that the food tasted bad. It was nice enough. But at nearly £40, to get 2 pieces of shaki and 1 piece of beef is theft. Kay-Viva, you have to do better. Ive eaten from you before. Im not sure if I will be back. I feel cheated.

5 /5 Daughter of Zion: This is one of my long-time favourites to visit with my kids cos we so much love pounded yam with ogbono soup, even kids love the suya as the pepper is not overpowering and well balanced. The food is always delicious, authentic to the core, and freshly prepared, but what really makes the experience special is the warmth and care from the team. Angel is absolutely amazing as shes always attentive, friendly, and professional and the owner is just as lovely and helpful. I really appreciate how family-friendly the place is. My kids always feel welcomed and happy, especially when we sit towards the front where they can watch their kids’ shows (Superbook), while adults at the back enjoy the cosy atmosphere with great music videos. It’s such a thoughtful balance that makes everyone comfortable. It’s rare to find a restaurant that combines great food, genuine hospitality, and a homely vibe so effortlessly, but Kay-Viva does it perfectly every time.

1 /5 Branen B: I was visiting London for the first time. I ordered Suya via Uber Eats...and for waiting for over 1 hour to get deep fried meat was just so disappointing. Suya is not deep fried meat...if that is what you are selling it is better to state it as it is. Suya is thinly cut meat marinated in traditional suya spice roasted or baked. This was none of that. It was deceptive to name it suya, only to deliver fried meat. Bad for your business and bad for projecting Nigerian culture via its diverse dished. Do better!
