Unfortunately, one member of your staff behaved in a very unprofessional manner. Their attitude was rude and dismissive, and their body language clearly showed a lack of respect and willingness to assist. This included inappropriate facial expressions and an overall negative demeanor, which made the experience uncomfortable and unpleasant. I believe that good customer service is essential in the hospitality industry, and this behavior does not reflect the standards one would expect from a restaurant of your reputation. I hope you will take this matter seriously and address it appropriately to prevent similar situations in the future.

The presentation was beautiful, and you can tell a lot of care goes into each dish. The portions were generous, and everything tasted perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection. It’s the kind of place that leaves you thinking about the meal long after you’ve finished. Highly recommended for anyone who truly appreciates great food!
