5 /5 Bhavi R: Warm welcome and a clean, cosy environment. The staff were friendly and made the experience pleasant. One area for improvement would be ensuring chicken isn’t reheated or quickly stored away immediately after delivery, as this would help maintain the freshness and overall quality.

2 /5 Heishue Lam: Service was fantastic, our server was great and very attentive. However chicken thighs were as small as a baby’s hand, the length of a chip. (See image for reference) this was advertised as a sharing platter. ( the butterfly chicken breast was fine) We asked if there was anything that can be done about it was told to just order more. Whereas I had a different experience in Basildon, they responded by giving us two more chicken thighs.

5 /5 Mehboob Rayhan (Ray): I don’t usually leave reviews for Nando’s, but this visit was worth it. I’ve been a regular at the Colindale branch for a while and it’s always been average, but something has definitely changed. We were greeted and served by Alex, who was friendly and welcoming from the start. The service was great and the food was amazing too. My parents felt very welcome, which really made the experience better. A warm welcome and good service go a long way, and this visit really showed what Nando’s is all about.

5 /5 Zenub Mughal: Click and collect order was ready on time and all food was packaged well and so fresh! Shout out to Spiros for the wonderful customer service. He found the sauces I wanted, ensured I had enough peri salt and held the door open for me whilst I comfortably left with our delicious takeaway.
