Our experience with Dean and his team was extremely unprofessional from start to finish. Despite an initial agreement, he took a deposit from another client, then booked a different venue at a higher price and still failed to deliver basic services on the wedding day. Guests were left without seating or food, staff were rude, parking was denied despite assurances, and we witnessed clear favouritism toward another event. To make matters worse, the final bill was triple the original amount. Overall, the day was chaotic, humiliating, and deeply disappointing — we would strongly advise others to avoid this company and venue.
