5 /5 Thayná Coyte: Yesterday my husband and I did a pasta workshop at Pasta Evangelists in Richmond and it was absolutely amazing. The experience itself was fantastic — we would definitely recommend it and would happily do it again.
The chef, Marcos, was brilliant: funny, professional, and made the whole class so enjoyable. There was plenty of prosecco, lots of laughs, and we learned how to make ravioli step by step. It was such a fun and memorable experience.
The only downside was when we arrived about 15 minutes early (the class started at 4pm). As it’s also a restaurant, we went inside, but the waitress was quite abrupt and told us we were early and needed to come back at 4, without offering anywhere to sit or wait. It wasn’t a great first impression.
That said, once the workshop started, everything else was excellent. Huge thanks to Marcos for such a fantastic class — we had an amazing time!
