Pittagoras - Seriously Greek, Hackney Wick - (Near Hackney, london)

Dan Zafrir A lovely hole-in-the-wall serving stellar Greek food! We came on a rainy day just after they opened, so the restaurant was a bit quiet. That couldn’t have prepared us for the dazzling dishes we were about to eat - best souvlaki in London, scrumptious pie, excellent honey-drenched cheese and, of course - THE galaktoboureko, with a crown of shaved halva. Everything was delicious and the service lovely as well - our server was nice and helpful and the chef came over to chat, sharing the story of the restaurant and his vision for it. We had a truly great evening here - it’s gems like these that make London’s food scene really exciting.

Mj Fnk Great place for food in the Wick. The homemade Nachos are my personal favourite. Worth trying the steak Fajitas too! Would definitely recommend, even for a pre or post hammers game

Zoe Katzayiannaki Absolute perfect! True Greek experience (the good way)! We tried the cold tortilla wrap with chicken gyros and it was so fresh and light. Real contender! Please try also the freddo espresso and the freddo cappuccino, in Greece is the main coffee choice and its worth it against the cold brew and the simpler iced coffee. We are definitely coming back!

Adrian Aston My mum loves this place and always comes here for lunch or dinner. Very nice selection on menu, lots of lighter choices too. Very friendly staff, good service and great food. Id Definitely come back and recommend. Update: My mum and I have been coming here for a number of years now. Everything is still great thankfully. My only slight negative is that the prices have got higher whilst portion sizes get smaller. Still recommend 100%. Check out my photos from my visit in Oct 2022.

S Rahman I come here quite often as my office is quite close to this place. The staff are very friendly, the food is great and they are very efficient with their service. Even when it’s busy, the wait isn’t bad at all. They take pride in delivering a good service. Their chicken is always fresh and it’s a decent size too. It’s not the tiny wings that could be compared to a tooth pick that you very commonly see in chicken shops nowadays. But yes, the experience coming here is always a good one!

Iryna Sani Excellent food and service. The portions are enormous and the food itself is very well prepared and from the fresh ingredients. I have extremely sensitive stomach when the food is not perfectly fresh but I had no issues whatsoever after eating at the new noodle bar. Variety of dishes is also very good. Prices are more than reasonable.
