Premier Inn London Hayes, Heathrow (Hyde Park) hotel - (Near Hillingdon, london)

3 /5 SIMI Amini: Had to give it 3 stars due to attitude of I think who was a manager as she wore suit with blonde/light brown hair. Stayed over the xmas break. It’s Xmas atleast be a little jolly! Or just friendly or crack a smile you work in hospitality! I wished cleaning staff happy Christmas when I bumped into her. She didn’t seem happy to be there or to clean the room. The staff in restaurant were lovely and friendly and polite as I would have definitely expected from reception on Xmas and boxing day.

5 /5 K (BRAVO_TEAM_135): Let me start by calling out Vanessa and Jose for there warm welcome and professionalism! They were able to assist me with all my questions and made me feel at ease. Rooms are your standard premier inn room which is what I like, not mater which premier inn I stay I know what Im getting. Although there was a nice touch with the night light behind the headboard! Service was excellent 5* for Vanessa, genuine and polite person. Location was perfect for me l, close to the M5 with parking. A short 5min walk to the station with links direct to central London. Despite being on the main road, no road noise really quite, and even given its proximity to Heathrow I can say I didnt hear any planes. The only critique I would say is the free WiFi is too slow. 0.6mbps on the download. By todays standards thats bad. It forces you to buy the ultimate WiFi if you want to do anything on the WiFi. So yes the hotel has free WiFi, box tick. In reality its useless All in all a great stay!

5 /5 Danveer Matharu: What a wonderful experience! From start to finish we received excellent customer service from staff. The cocktails are to die for and theyll cater to your needs without a problem. Would completely recommend this premier inn hotel out of all of them in the area!!

5 /5 R13COR: Wow we loved this premier inn, service as soon as we walked in, Marius really looked after us and explained everything. The Premier Plus room was so luxury with lovely touches like the coffee machine, water in fridge and such a comfortable bed. So close to Heathrow it was great for our flight ✈️ the next day.

5 /5 Ben Ho: Great location, close to the Tube and Asda. The room is just as good as other Premier Inns: nice, clean, and tidy. The breakfast really surprised me. The scrambled eggs were smooth, and the sausage and bacon were fried to a nice, fragrant finish. They also refilled the hot food quickly. Jose, you did a great job with the hot breakfast. I look forward to staying here again and enjoying it on my next trip to London.
