Darren Taylor Tried Jollys out for the first time after its extensive and pleasant refurbishment. The inside is very welcoming and the food menu provided some different alternatives as well as the normal choices, we were a party of 6 and all chose something a little different including a vegan option which was delicious. All the food was extremely tasty with good quality meats and well made sauces and accompaniments. The service was excellent, attentive but not overbearing. Overall a very good experience and we will be back.

Sarah Thomas Absolute Perfection: Top-Tier Coffee and Cake in Town!I stopped by Trading Post Coffee Roasters and can honestly say this is the best coffee experience Ive had in ages. I ordered their classic pairing: a Flat White and a slice of Coffee Cake, and both were flawless.The Flat White was absolute liquid gold. It had perfectly extracted espresso with a deep, rich flavor, and the microfoam was silky smooth—a true sign of a skilled barista. It was the ideal temperature to savor right away.The Coffee Cake was the perfect companion. It was incredibly moist, packed with rich coffee flavor and spice, and had the most delicious crumb topping. It paired flawlessly with the bold coffee.Beyond the drinks and food, the atmosphere is fantastic—bustling but cozy, clearly a spot where people care deeply about the craft. If youre looking for genuinely top-notch coffee and baked goods, look no further. Five stars all the way!

Anam I have been a number of times since they’ve opened - and every single time I have had a Riyaan as my server I have had the best service! She is friendly and informative about the menu, happy to recommend and make suggestions, fast with responses and alert and attentive! And the epitome of service with a smile! The food is USUALLY delicious but when they’re busy can be a hit or miss or you end up waiting almost an hour for it. As one of the few dine in halal restaurants in Uxbridge high street - it is the best from the bunch so I can only pray this review helps them improve where they are lacking. The atmosphere is a vibe, warm and inviting. Great for a date night, family meal, or friends gathering. It’s not too loud or too quiet but you are seated close enough to people to hear their conversations if yours gets stale (not a problem I face). A family with a pram struggled to get through to their table and I had to stand in the middle of my meal to allow them to pass. (I am average sized in case you’re wondering) My take on our dishes; Plantain - love, hot and fresh, always good on the side. They do change the way the cut it everytime I go but who’s paying attention? Knockout box - delicious with a kick - had the wild herb flavour, would suggest with sides or starters for a full meal. All at steak - more chewy than anticipated, won’t be ordering this again. Halloumi fries - hot, fresh, tasty. More please! Lady fingers - ….. a bit torn as I usually LOVE theirs but last night the batter was chunkier than usual and they lacked salt and were basic but 4/5 times they’ve been finger licking - I’ll try again because they’re worth it! Previous dishes tried; We’ll have it all - and we did ! Licked our fingers clean kind of good! Afrikana salad - I don’t think the flavours complimented each other - and there is no other main salad, definitely need more greens on their menu! Chit chats and chicken - all delicious, comfortably a 4/5 person portion. Steak it on me - not a fan, feel their meat has too much fat for my liking. Afrikana fries - yes please! Jollof rice - definitely having it!

Catherine Roberts I recently booked Rabieng kitchen to host a lunchtime celebration for my birthday. Prior to the event I was able to pick a menu to suit my guests, we organised starters, mains and desserts. I was able to cater for a large group with dietary requirements and everything felt very easy and effortless to arrange. The restaurant was the perfect backdrop for decorations that I brought along. The staff were so kind and very welcoming. The food was delicious and the portion sizes were generous. All my friends really enjoyed the meal and overall we had a lovely day out.

Jonathan Hanns A lovely pub staffed by very considerate people who found it a pleasure to serve us. Julie, who ordered our drinks and brought our food was attentive, pleasant and (above all) happy. Beer was clean and tasty, food was great, price was reasonable. Will be back.

Jeannie ash I cannot praise Chris Patricia and their team enough. I had my 70th birthday celebration here last night. 53 people sat down to a three course dinner. My friends and family said the food was excellent and the service was great. You should be so proud of your team. We all had a really good time so thank you.
