The staff were knowledgeable and happy to recommend their specialties, which made the whole experience even better.

Xen Xenophontes Really great place to spend your day at the beach. Frankie and his team are great! Maggie and Kevin are super friendly. The team cant do enough for you. The food and drink is good value and really tasty! Fantastic ice cream selection. Mr Whippy sundaes, waffles and flavours galore!!! I also think I had the best hot dog Ive ever had. Bratwurst sausage in a brioche bun. Nom! Frankie also has a selection of fair rides to keep the kids occupied and he also rents out, umbrellas, wind shields and loungers!

Aidan Magson We went to the Ivy Canterbury for lunch on a Friday. We had the avocado puree, sourdough bread and arancini as appetizers, it was all very good food. We had the cheese souffle and duck salad as starters. The duck salad was excellent, I would get this again. I couldnt help but think the cheese souffle was too similar to an omelette to be called anything else. For mains we ate scallop and prawn linguine and the Moroccan chicken. We were actually full before we even got to the mains, but the mains were lovely. We had Fiona serve us and couldnt have asked for better service, she was attentive and polite, every course came out in a timely manner. We also had two lagers each and a still water for the table. Overall, the meal was worth what we paid but you get what you pay for at this restaurant, I would go back again to try some of the other options on the menu.

Destiny My friend and I came to celebrate galentines, the interior was so pretty and the atmosphere was nice. I had a burrito and it was okay but could do with a bit more flavour. My friend got one of the curries and loved it. We were served by Lucian and he was so nice and friendly. Service was very fast too especially considering it was Valentine’s Day! Overall we enjoyed and we will be back ☺️

Kumudu Studds We had a very tasty two dishes. Sizzling sea food dish and a hot red curry with duck. As side dishes we had jasmine rice and coconut rice which was a sweet dish. They made the red curry dish very hot as requested. Thoroughly enjoyed it!

Dash Zar 1 of the top 5 steaks Ive ever had, and excellent personal service from Dave. Definitely recommend it! Partly cooking your own steak on the hot rock is not new to me and adds to the experience.
