5 /5 Van Nguyen: We went for dinner at Salut and had a very nice experience. We shared starters, main course and desserts and everything was top notch, especially the starters which were Jerusalem artichokes, red mullet ceviche and beef carpaccio. The atmosphere was cosy and rustic while service was friendly and attentive. The restaurant has an open kitchen and it was interesting to see the chefs work. I highly recommend this place. It is a must if you are looking for European cuisine in Islington. It is worth travelling for as well.
