3 /5 Tim Woo: Review for the charging point. For some reason chargers 1 only up to 50kw and charger 2 only up to 125kw but the rest working. 10p/kWh discount for using Shell app which actually works fine. For some reason the chargers are on the wrong side of the A road for McDonalds and Starbucks so youre just sitting like a lemon in the car with nothing to do and nowhere to go. Bad planning Also the signs are wrong - signs to the Shell services north say there is charging (there is not) signs to shell services south do not have the charging symbol (they are here)

3 /5 Brian: Its ok. Facilities are a bit limited on Southbound, Northbound has lots more. I only stopped to charge the EV, theres chargers at the rear of the building. The toilets are located at the rear of the shop, which looks like you are going thro the storeroom. But they were clean, and staff welcoming. One old petrol car was parked blocking a charger, which should have been dealt with by staff, thered be hell to pay if Id parked blocking off the working petrol pumps. So they dropped the ball there.

1 /5 Simon Martin: Staff are rude and ignorant. No greeting, no thank you nothining. Seriously lacking on any kind of basic politness or customer service. The toilets were not clean and the floor was soaked with what I hope was just water. When my app took time to load my Shell Card (about 10 seconds) the attendant left me and went to another till and served someone else! Could not bring himself to wait 10 seconds. Clearly I am just a faceless punter.

1 /5 Tim Edwards: Diabolical that the sign on the door says open 24 hours! At 23.00 there was no access to the toilets. Could someone explain what services are required for the licence to operate? Is it the Highways Agency that give operators licence to open? Surely part of that mandate must be to offer services to all road users. It is Shells decision to only have one member of staff, why should the public suffer to suit their bottom-line?
