Their pizza is by far the best I’ve had anywhere in the UK, and honestly better than many pizzas served in actual Italian pizzerias.
The dough is exceptional: light, perfectly risen, and incredibly easy to digest. A simple way to know if a pizza is well leavened is whether you already feel full after two or three slices—if you do, the dough probably isn’t great. With SoleLuna, you’ll finish the whole pizza and immediately want another one!
The staff is brilliant—friendly, attentive, and always willing to accommodate any request. Add to that the charm of a food truck and the consistently outstanding quality, and you’ve got a true gem.
