뭉뭉 Miso soup: Excellent. Whether or not you are an asain, this soup is not strong. Just take it and try. Prawn katsu curry: Always excellent. Never fail to have more than good dinner. Always. (I forgot to take a picture before eating!) Chicken Teriyaki donburi rice: the combination of chicken and rice will be normally great. Always thanks to this restaurant and cook.

Bertis Trumble Just had a fine panini here. Wonderful food and service and the staff were very kind to my children. Classic, old-school space.

Jie Ma I randomly stumbled upon this tiny little shack late in the evening and boy was I blown away from what the small restaurant could do. The food was really lovely and I had a great time. I would definitely recommend this for anyone loving Italian.

Harrison DK By far the best Caribbean takeaway I have had in years! They delivered way before it’s set time, packaged the food well, no spills!! The food was portioned so well! Good amounts of oxtail and rice!!! The flavouring was spot on! A great blend of sweetness and spice! Myself and my wife who is a oxtail connoisseur, highly recommend this place for oxtail!!! My brother also recommends their jerk chicken! So good! I’m in Essex but I’ll be coming down to ends for this for sure!!!!!

Located in the heart of Catford, the building really stands out — especially with its beautiful gold-emblazoned banner, which gives it a distinctive and luxurious feel from the outside. Overall, Empire Lounge is definitely worth visiting if you’re looking for great food, good vibes, and a stylish place to chill or celebrate. I’ll definitely be returning.
