5 /5 Ben: I have been recommended this place many times, and it definitely lives up to its fantastic reputation! From the moment we walked in, the staff were very friendly and welcoming, there was a great atmosphere and we were presented with the menu’s and there was so much we could have chosen! We went on a Wednesday which is ‘Italian night’, you get 2 courses and a glass of Prosecco for £19.95 - we had the antipasto selection and bruschetta to start, then the chicken Milanese (with tomato spaghetti) and lasagna for mains… all the food was absolutely delicious and had such nice flavour (and wasn’t greasy)… it was outstanding value! Highly recommend this place and we will be returning very soon :)

5 /5 Robin Hall: A really lovely place. We had an unplanned lunch, both had the carvery which was plentiful and tasty followed by two excellent puddings. Terrific value, not too noisy, in clean and well thought out surroundings. Would definitely come back.

5 /5 Neil Holliday: Excellent menu for all food groups and dining preferences. Staff are warm and friendly showing great knowledge of all items on the menu. Carvery sports a good range of meats with a vegetarian option and is very popular. Good wine list with alcohol free choices, good ranges of ales and spirits all well kept. We went one rainy night after a walk along the front and at the time a reservation wasnt required but not sure about other maybe busier evenings and lunchtimes. Great all round experience and we will be back again.

5 /5 Alex Fairweather: Amazing food, very reasonable prices, best value carvery Ive ever been to, very generous helpings, great quality tasty food, all of the meat was just how it should be. Very friendly and professional service. Reasonably priced drinks and great variety of choices on the dessert menu, cheesecake of the day and Baileys tiramisu were fantastic. Lovely atmosphere, good decor. My only suggestion is they could offer a steak/sharp knife to cut some of the meat.
