Kelly Betts Good selection of foods - not a full menu but does pizza, wings, loaded fries and other nibble bits. Was a really nice atmosphere with everyone enjoying themselves and staff were really friendly. Car park available but must input reg number at the bar to avoid getting a ticket.

C-Reviews Pub is bright and light yet still feels traditional. I loved the Sunday menu, so many different and unique options on one sheet without flicking through a long menu. There was a dish to please everyone without any dish being boring, which is quite hard to achieved. Food was a 4/5, with some dishes slightly missing the mark - but overall, I’d love to return. The orange rosé was amazing - a must try drink! Lovely Sunday lunch experience, thank you!

Emilia Visited on a Saturday afternoon, and as expected for a major motorway service area, the food court was extremely busy. The main issue appears to be staffing; the unit felt significantly understaffed for the volume of customers, leading to long queues and tired-looking, stressed employees. I ended up feeling too overwhelmed to wait and lecture tired staff about the order issues, which is frustrating. Speaking of issues, two things are consistent here: Missing items: Part of the order was missing (again). I need to remember to check everything before leaving, but it’s a recurring frustration. No Napkins: Takeaway orders consistently come without napkins. Also, the advertised Wi-Fi in this area was not working during my visit. On the positive side, despite the rush, I was able to easily find a clean table in the food court, which is a definite plus for a busy location. The food itself was the standard McDonalds fare. If you visit on a busy day, prepare for a wait and make sure you verify your order before you leave the counter.

Joannaa (BibiP) The food seems to be completely ordinary British food, but the flavors and freshness are at a high level. The chips were perfectly crispy and the meat juicy. Only the bbq sauce was a bit too salty and drink too sweet for the hot day but this is a minor drawback. Large portions and fair prices. The service is okay, the customer does not feel trapped. You can talk freely and relax in this bar. Nice and quiet place, I will definitely come back here.

The other dishes on the menu are also delicious, made with care and fresh ingredients. The service is impeccable — friendly, attentive, and full of warmth. Frankie and Francesca truly make every guest feel special, and that’s what makes Monellis so unique. I highly recommend Monellis to anyone looking for an authentic Italian experience in Hastings.
