5 /5 Andrew C: Absolutely amazing Sunday lunch with the family last week. The food was incredible and fantastic service (3 people on tables which you just don’t normally see anymore!). There are so many lovely pubs to choose from locally and I’m so glad we chose here. I’ve never been disappointed with any aspect of this place.

The wait staff were great and super friendly and the rest very all very be and look after of the pub is everythings Ng you want - classic, cozy and cute but not cliche!

5 /5 Vivien Sheffield: I go there to meet up with a good friend every so often and we have never been disappointed. The menu is good pub food with specials and well cooked. The pub interior is low beams with dried hops , so old and traditional. All the staff are friendly and the service is good. The bonus is a big carpark. Great value for money

5 /5 Chris Baker: Had a very enjoyable meal at The Peacock Inn tonight, which really made up for our disaster dinner somewhere else last night. The steak and Guiness pie was excellent as was the fishcake, and we loved the cheeseboard we had to follow. Friendly service, fresh homemade food, and a nice atmosphere, definitely recommended! Update March 2024 - back again for a short stay in the area and ate here both nights. Still just as good as last time!
