Unicorn - (Near Redbridge, london)

4 /5 Louise: Family pub on clayhall Ave recently refurbished..Went to the unicorn on opening night by invitation of landlady, was a lot of people and DJ there was still fast friendly service. Didnt have food on this occasion. Definitely be going again.

5 /5 B Brown: The Unicorn has always been one of those great local pubs that really brings the community together. It had plenty of comfortable seating both inside and outside, making it perfect for everything from a quiet drink to a sunny afternoon with friends. The atmosphere was always friendly and welcoming — a proper local spot with good vibes and good people. Sadly, it’s currently temporarily closed, which is such a shame because it used to be a go-to place in Clayhall for a relaxed pint and a chat. I really hope it opens again soon — Ilford could definitely use its return!

2 /5 Nicole Barker: Before it was taken over, the menu had more variety and the atmosphere was nicer. The decor inside looks lovely but the food is very limited and not much to choose from. Portion sizes were good but definitely wouldnt be in there for food again. The punters basically were in control of the pub and the surroundings, not the staff themselves. Was trying to sit down and eat and the TV was blaring, dogs barking loudly and it made my group feel on edge and uncomfortable.

5 /5 Lloyd: This pub always used to be my local but was looking old and tired. They’ve recently had a refurb and honestly it looks great. Service is good, food is tasty and it’s one of the few proper pubs left. Will definitely be my local again. Highly recommend it!

5 /5 Jarnail Heer: Been coming here for years, it’s a warm and welcoming pub. Shows live sport it’s pet friendly, the team always accommodate what you’d like on the telly. The Guinness is lovely now! It has definitely improved by a lot, the food is really good. They serve pizza all night as a takeaway or eat in which is a massive win! The pub is being brought back to life!
