David Oliphant Hard to explain how fantastic this restaurant is. It has a welcoming and cosy dining room. The food is amazing, I had halibut with North African vegetables preceded by Ceviche of razor clams. The waiter was tremendous (aside from the funny fact that I never got to see the ‘actual’ wine list). He pointed us to his favourite food and wine and all his recommendations were quite beyond outstanding. One of the best meals I have ever had…. Thank you team Cloth.

Lam Mic We had such a lovely lunch on Saturday afternoon. I arrived with three friends and we were immediately greeted by a smiling member of staff who let us know there would be a short wait while another table finished up. We were seated very quickly, and from that point on everything felt relaxed and welcoming. The food was very good and the service was spot on throughout our visit. We live nearby and had been meaning to try it for a while, so we are really glad we finally did. It will definitely be somewhere we think of whenever we are planning a lunch or dinner out.

Heike Munro I was a little bit concerned about a fine dining experience in tooting which turned out to be brilliant. Table & Candle have a great concept, the chef Phillippe Sonou was incredible, the food delicious and the wine pairing worked well. Samantha was an amazing host. Thank you for a wonderful evening. Lisa Moore A traditional pub in the City. We had toasties, which were fab. The staff were friendly and the service was great. Nice atmosphere but it was very quiet for a Thurs lunchtime.

Tamara Hawkesford Amazing food, the Staff were really great. My friend never normally orders a blue steak anywhere but tonight was exceptional. When we arrived we were relocated to a great table opposite the kitchen. Great evening!.

Pam Probably the best pho I’ve ever had! The monkfish pho came with a rich seafood broth infused with tomato, a hint of chilli, and Vietnamese fish sauce. The monkfish was perfectly fried and soaked up the broth beautifully — every bite felt like a harmony of flavours. We also tried the chicken pho, made with the vegetarian broth (you can also choose beef). The soup was wonderfully seasoned with layers of vegetable flavours that made it incredibly comforting and flavourful. The restaurant has two floors and is usually packed during meal times. Seating is quite close together, so it can get a bit noisy. The lower ground floor is less ventilated, so if you arrive early, I recommend sitting on the ground floor. Overall, the food is fantastic and very reasonably priced. Will definitely be coming back! P.S. Prices do not include service charge.
