Bridgewood Manor Restaurant - (Near Kent, South East)

1 /5 Joshua Rankin: Service was slow, prices extortionate. Had a chicken salad which was literally 4 pieces of dry smoked chicken, lettuce leaves and some dressing. Also had an 8 oz steak which I asked for medium rare but was well done.

4 /5 Dia B: Rooms are an ok size for about 50 -75 people seated. Food was not great - it can be eaten but nothing wow about it. Bar placed in the rooms were basically dysfunctional with a bottle of wine going for £28. The bartenders allocated to our dinner party of 45 couldnt mix a drink to save their lives.the servers were neat, not coordianted but neat. The main bar though had an young black woman and she was on point with the baby guiness shots! Made our night! These 3 stars are for you hunnai! I think if they would allow you to bring your own caterer and bartender then the place itself is lovely. Heres another star for location atmosphere!

5 /5 Olly P: We were staying in the hotel for a couple of nights and decided to try the restaurant for dinner. After looking at reviews online I was a bit dubious but honestly the food was really nice. We had steak and a salmon dish (would of been trout but they had run out). Steak was cooked pretty much perfect and wasn’t chewy. Prices were reasonable. The only downside was the actual service that was initially slow, having sat down for a while and not even offered a menu but that was rescued by someone in the end and she was very pleasant and attentive. I wanted to write a more positive review as previous reviews haven’t been good for this place and I think as far as food quality things have improved.

2 /5 Neil P: Ordered chicken and chips. Was warned it would take 30 mins which was fine as I thought it would be lovingly cooked and presented in that time. It took 50 mins and was very average, tough, and definitely not cooked slowly. I like the hotel but will NEVER eat here again.

1 /5 John williams: I came here for a spa experience which included a meal. The whole experience has left me repulsed. The food was vile. I ordered fish cakes and it had more salt on it than most of the Atlantic Ocean with no exaggeration. I was offered a chicken sandwich after complaining which was two pieces of stale bread with ice cold chicken and lots of mayo slapped on for good measure topped with floppy lettuce. To make matters worse the restaurant was filthy. All the chairs were dirty. I noticed that my trousers were wet after standing up. Upon checking my chair it was wet. Upon smelling my chair to investigate why it was wet I discovered it was urine. This is very disgusting and not at all acceptable. Avoid this place like the plague.
