The accompanying sides—the warm, savoury sambar and the trio of freshly made, intensely flavoured chutneys (especially the sharp coconut chutney)—elevated the dish from a simple pancake to a complex, satisfying meal.
Beyond the dosas, the rest of the menu maintains the same standard, focusing on freshness and aromatic spices over heavy cream or oil. The curries offer a fantastic depth of flavour and a pleasant heat that never overwhelms.
