5 /5 Atlas: First time ordering from Chilli Hut. Very pleased with the service. Food said it was delayed on the JustEat app, yet it arrived quicker still than a lot of other places. Food itself was very delicious, and I feel the portions were very generous! A free vegetable curry was thrown in to which only sweetened the pot. The curry wasnt hot, but very flavoursome so good for people not used to heat. Price wasnt bad either, around the average price for what you would expect to pay.

When my food arrived ice cold, I phoned, I was sworn at and told that I was trying it on, the man then proceeded to hang up on me and ignore my calls when I tried to call back to resolve the issue. I understand that they are busy and mistakes happen, but I do not understand how someone answering the telephone can be so full of animosity and ultimately, extremely rude. I’m more than happy to speak on the phone if the owner would like to call me. And please do not try and make up a story about a bogus call, it is extremely transparent what you are trying to do. You delivered the food to my door. The problem has not been the arrival of my food. The problem is the customer service and food temperature are the only issues I have. Your response to this review is laughable at best. To confirm again. You delivered my food, to the correct address. It was the only aspect of the transaction that you managed to get right.
