De Beauvoir Arms - (Near Camden, South East)

5 /5 valentine Burnichon: The De Beauvoir Arms not only looks like but IS the perfect place to enjoy a pleasant and fun night out with friends. The place is cosy and nice and the people working there are even nicer!! Don’t even hesitate to go there if you intend to spend a night out in a London pub for a calm one during the week days or a busier one on the weekends!!!

4 /5 Lars Bjørnbakk: Lovely and spacious pub in De Beauvoir with high ceilings and a nice wooden interior. They have a good selection of beer on tap, a long with some delicious food. The menus are posted on blackboards around the pub, and when we stopped by for a small bite, we opted for bread and oil, and the chorizo. All deliciously tasty. Will certainly make a stop by here again next time I am in the area.

4 /5 Richard Johnstone: Known by the locals as the DB Arms, this popular friendly relaxed pub has a good atmosphere and vibe. You cannot book, and it is always busy, with people sat outside 12months of the year (they have good heaters). However, its worth going early and getting a table. I would say its more a food pub, than just a pub. The menu is comforting classics and the quality is very good. We went in early December and late January. Both times we shared a large table, as it was busy (unsurprisingly) and had a lovely evening. In December we chose beef stew and steak. The stew was fantastic (photo does not do it justice), rich in flavour with tender meat, and came with a bone marrow on the side. The crumble for desert was also good. In January we chose mushroom risotto and pork steak with peam garlic and cabbage mash. Both very good. Great beers and wine choice too.

3 /5 Lily Ly: Service was standard. I had the Sunday roast beef. Food was not piping hot so got cold quickly. The food also needed salt, which to be fair they provide the salt and pepper so I guess you season it yourself? Not a fan of that. But the beef was tender and melt in your mouth. The atmosphere in the pub was nice, family friendly environment.
