De Nada Tapas - (Near Hampshire, South East)

4 /5 Henry Mok: De Nada is hidden in a tiny alley between Guildford High Sreet & North Street. Interior is actually quite spacious & nicely decorated. Although not quite Barrafina territory tapas here are well prepared & tasty. Recommended!!

4 /5 Mitch C: Our experience at De Nada Tapas was mixed. The gambas al ajillo was tasty, the churros were really good and the waiter was friendly and hard working, but service was slow due to him being the only person working front-of-house, and we could see once it got busier he was rushed off his feet. This caused a 20 minute wait for food, and when it came to paying it took almost 30 minutes to get from asking for the bill, to actually paying. I can’t fault the waiter as it clearly wasn’t his fault, but it did get quite tedious as we had a rapidly expiring car park ticket and places to be after our visit. I would suggest having more than one waiter to run the floor, he not only had to seat tables, take orders and run drinks, but he also had to prepare drinks, run food and clear tables. All manageable by oneself if quiet, but when you have several tables come in at once, as happened during our visit, it quickly becomes unmanageable and leads to a poorer experience for customers.

5 /5 L Gardner: Excellent first visit, the venue is stunning and very intimate, the tables were laid out really well so despite the intimacy you felt you had plenty of space per table, the atmosphere is brilliant. Staff were so friendly and they were super busy as it was NYE but they still were lovely and got everything perfect. On to the food! The food was amazing, so flavourful and authentic, such a good variety too, the price was also very reasonable, would highly recommend a visit and i will definitely be going back

5 /5 Amy Skinner: Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious! I’ve been here 3 times and it’s been great every time. We ordered the croquettes, artichokes, squid, tomato bruschetta, pork shoulder and meatballs. It was all perfect, can’t even choose my favourite. The ambience is great, pretty and good lighting. Be warned though - it’s very expensive for a small plate of tapas. About £8.50 for four meatballs. You have to spend a lot to actually be full. I’m still peckish while writing this but have run out of money.

5 /5 Diya Shandilya: A hidden gem for Tapas, absolutely love the ambience of this restaurant, the staff are lovely, wine is delicious, tapas is served adequately, the perfect portions, on time, what’s not to love? Great for a date night. Oh and the sticky toffee pudding is a must have!
