4 /5 Shaikhah Luna Alsagoff: The grill platter was a pleasant surprise, fresh fish, juicy kebabs, fluffy rice and presented nicely. The Amritsari fish was a delight to the my palate- it was bursting with flavour. The decor was done tastefully with beautiful plants ( real ones) adorning the corners and table dividers. There is even a nice waterfall wall upon entrance. The atmosphere was lovely yet not too noisy. Seatings were well spaced thus not too cramp.

The interior looks amazing and welcoming atmosphere We ordered Lamb Charsi karahi, Platter and Samosa Chaat. The food was fresh, full of flavour and very well cooked. Rasmalai was really nice Excellent service, reasonable prices and great atmosphere, and a well run restaurant. We will definitely be coming back

1 /5 Pk G: Extremely disappointed with our experience here. We came here to celebrate birthday of a friend. Despite the amazing decorations, the service was pure chaos. We ordered 4 Naans but only received 2, and the food accuracy was non-existent—we were served Charsi Chicken instead of Achari Chicken, and plain Kulcha instead of the stuffed Lahori Kulcha ( filled with potatoes n onions) promised on the menu. When we pointed out the menu discrepancy, the staff blamed a ‘printing mistake’ rather than fixing it. The waiters are very young and clearly lack the training to handle a busy floor. In cocktails, very limited choice. Food taste was also not really good. A normal takeaway can deliver better tasting food than this big restaurant. Snacks were okay though - we ordered Chicken Malai Boti and Amritsari fish pakoda, chilly panner and humus with pita bread. Not enough parking for the guests. If youre looking for a smooth celebratory dinner, this isnt the place. Overall, decent decor, but the service and kitchen need a major overhaul.

The space is thoughtfully designed with a contemporary edge, featuring warm lighting and comfortable seating that invites lingering conversations. What truly elevated the mood was the spot-on selection of jazz music playing softly in the background—smooth, unobtrusive, and perfectly complementing the lively yet relaxed vibe. It’s the kind of setting that makes you forget the hustle outside and fully immerse yourself in the evening. Service was a standout highlight, thanks to our attentive server, Saqlene. He anticipated our every need with genuine warmth and efficiency, from recommending pairings to ensuring our glasses were never empty. His professionalism and enthusiasm added a personal touch that made the meal feel truly special—kudos to him for making us feel like valued guests throughout. Now, onto the food: East Eatery delivers on its promise of bold, flavoursome dishes. The steak was a particular delight—tender, perfectly cooked, and bursting with rich, savoury notes that left a lasting impression. The rest of the menu didn’t disappoint either; each bite was thoughtfully seasoned, showcasing a harmonious fusion of spices and fresh ingredients. To wash it all down, the drinks were refreshingly crafted—whether opting for a signature cocktail or a simple beverage, they provided the ideal balance to the meal’s robust flavours. Overall, East Eatery earns a solid 5 out of 5 stars from me. It’s a gem for anyone seeking quality food, excellent service, and an inviting atmosphere without pretension. I’ll certainly be returning soon—highly recommended for food enthusiasts in the area.
