5 /5 Matthew Aleandri: My friend had been here multiple times, said it was decent, and so me and another friend went there for dinner with him one Saturday evening.
The place was fairly busy, but we managed to get a table.
I skipped the starters and went straight for the main course and chose the seco de cordero (£18).
A lamb based dish served with rice, beans, small salad, and yuca potato.
A lovely dish indeed and all the elements went well together...the rice wasnt overcooked and the beans in the suace were flavoursome.
The meat itself was a big chunk, tasty, but a bit dry if being honest....but very filling and hearty.
For dessert, I went for the Tres Leches cake (£5) as my friend had recommended it, so I gave it a go.
Its wasnt too sweet, which was good, and the layers of cream and milk kept it lovely and moist...the sweet cinnamon flavour also made it the perfect dessert to end the meal with.
So, in the area and fancy some Peruvian food! This place is definitely worth a go.
Friendly and relaxed staff. :)
