Filika Restaurant Wanstead - (Near , South East)

Alan 2nd time visiting this restaurant for lunch. Their set menu £14.95 is just amazing, even came with a drink!! Staff were friendly, polite and professional, with the perfect amount of attentiveness throughout our time at the restaurant. Lunch for 2 including service charge came to £33 today, its fantastic value for money with exceptional quality of food and services. Highly recommended.

Casa Luna Were there last night for a family meal (wife’s bday). This is the best food we’ve had in 25 years of living in London. The care the chef puts in every plate is incredible. The flavours are still tingling my palate right now. Jake, our waiter, was lovely too. This is like dining in someone’s house. A very rare experience in a London more and more ruined by chains and corporate BS. We are definitely going back. It was worth every penny.

Travel. Eat. Live. More. We went to Granero Lounge in Ruislip for a Sunday night dinner. We had a great experience as usual. The atmosphere in the evening is a lively and friendly atmosphere. The decor is brilliant too. The candles on the tables add a cosy and romantic element to the atmosphere. The service was great too. As always the staff are super friendly and the food came out quickly! The gluten free menu is huge with loads of choices of food. I had the gluten free Louisiana Fried Chicken with chips, coleslaw and a maple bbq sauce. The Louisiana Fried Chicken Tenders were delicious. I love the texture of the coating and the chicken was delicious and tender. The chips are nice too, again they tasted delicious and had a nice texture. The coleslaw was fresh, creamy and tasty. I liked the flavour of the Maple BBQ sauce. Portions were reasonable as well. My Lemonade was tasty and fresh too. Again for a small size of Lemonade the portion was reasonable. This is the perfect place in Ruislip to get good quality food at not ridiculously expensive prices and a place that you can count on to serve the food quickly, that has welcoming and friendly service and a chilled atmosphere. Also the location is ideal in the middle of Ruislip High Street not too far from Ruislip train and bus station. It is not too far from Ruislip Lido and Heathrow Airport. Michael K. We booked a table for 2 on Christmas eve. We were sat at the conservatory at the back. We didnt have to wait long for the food which was very well presented and tasty. The wagyu donburi took ages though to come to the table. But I thoroughly enjoyed it. The katsu chicken went down very well. Our waiter was aloof but prompt and attentive. The restaurant has very beautiful and stylish decor and the location is excellent. We will definitely return.
