2 /5 Mariano D.: Totally burnt and bad taste pizza as you can see on the picture. Very disappointed of getting this piece of cardboard. Normally the taste is great as I have been a long time customer for Franco Manca. I had family gathering and it’s been one of the worst experiences for them and also for me. Tasteless and not the quality and experience. Feel I have been ripped. What it was supposed to be a great family experience has turned into a nightmare.

4 /5 James Doherty: Nice place, with outside seating. Service was poor. I was ignored when I walked in and honestly should have left. Eventually I got a table but the waitress didn’t seem to care and barely made eye contact with me. Pizza was good though.

1 /5 guillaume coquard: Absolutely awful experience. I placed an order on Uber Eats for four pizzas, almost £50 in total. What I received was a single wrong item in a bag. The delivery driver handed it to me and ran off before I had time to check anything. I immediately tried to contact the restaurant. They claim to be open until 10 p.m., but when I called, nobody helped and the staff clearly had no idea what they were doing. They told me they would “send another driver”, which of course never happened. On top of that, the person on the phone was barely understandable, completely unprofessional, and didn’t provide any real solution. In the end, I paid nearly £50 for nothing, was left with someone else’s order, and absolutely no support from the restaurant. This place clearly has zero organisation, zero customer service, and zero respect for customers. Avoid this restaurant at all costs.

5 /5 Marisa Taylor: Try the new Tre Porcellini! Yellow tomato base, mozzarella, Tuscan sausage, crispy pancetta, hot honey & nduja sauce, basil, chilli threads on a soft, slightly tangy sourdough base. The Ragu Neopolitano (Neapolitan beef shin ragú, 100% Italian tomato, mozzarella, Francos Grana, pecorino Romano D.O.P, rocket) was almost as delish as the Tre Porcellini. Ver uh good service at the Belsize Park branch - fruit laid back and fast service. Exactly what a pizzeria should be. We also managed to get in on the last day of the ‘map my pizza run’ deal. Thank you! You made a wonderful afternoon with friends, better!
