The welcome at reception was genuinely warm, and the manager immediately stepped in to help—inviting us to relax at the bar with a drink while they worked things out. Within five minutes we had a table, and it all felt effortless on their side (even though we were the ones causing the chaos).
Service throughout the meal was knowledgeable and attentive without ever being intrusive. The food absolutely delivered: the crab salad was beautifully fresh, and the veal cutlet was hands-down the best I’ve ever had—perfectly cooked and full of flavor.
I’d chosen Franco’s after searching for the best, most authentic Italian food, and it did not disappoint. Outstanding hospitality, standout cooking, and special credit to the manager for turning a potentially awkward situation into a great start to a fantastic evening. Highly recommended.
